It’s a sad day for smokers. As of tomorrow, a new law will be enforced seeing the banning of 10-packs of cigarettes.
Along with this law implementation, new packaging laws will see all cigarette boxes being standardised- with them all being an olive colour.
This comes after a ruling from the European Court of Justice earlier in the month which aims to cut the number of smokers down by 2.4 million.
There’s also a plan to phase out Menthol cigarettes which will cease in 2020 when they are banned outright.
