DAZN is bringing back the successful 40 Day documentary series and heavyweight boxing champion Anthony Joshua will star in the latest edition.

The documentary will just be in time for the three belt heavyweight champion’s US debut on the 1st of June. They will be telling the story of what makes a true champion which will consist of four episodes produced by LeBron James and Meek Mill.

Anthony Joshua was originally set to fight Jarrell Miller but this was cancelled after the American challenger failed several doping tests.

It has been said that Meek Mill will use his strong 16.4 million Instagram following to introduce Anthony Joshua to American audiences. The first episode will be out on the 21st of May with the remaining being released on the 23rd, 28th and 30th of May.

On the documentary, Meek Mill said in a statement, “They tell the story of what makes a true champion. I love being part of a project that tells of their grit, sacrifices and dedication outside the gym. It’s those things that show true character and should be lauded just as much as the knockouts in the ring”.
