Last night new generation pioneer Bonkaz announced that he has been added to the line up to perform 2 dates at Glastonbury festival this year. The first will be a PA set with BBC 1Xtra’s DJ Target on Saturday and the second, on Sunday, a major stage slot before Krept & Konan and after Jess Glynne on the Sonic Stage.

This is a massive achievement for Croydon hailing artist Bonkaz who will be releasing his first single “We Run The Block” on the 28th June.
Stormzy would have been performing as well, however he announced via his Twitter earlier that he will not be able to attend due to the BET Awards falling on the same day. Stormzy has been nominated for The Best International Act and will be heading to LA to go up against the likes of Lethal Bizzle, Little Simz and FKA Twigs.
