Hackney-hailing artist Bree Runway has gifted us with her debut mixtape, 2000AND4EVA.

As one of the UK’s most diverse acts, Bree Runway exhibits her range on her new tape, fusing pop, hip-hop and R&B to deliver a well-rounded first project.

2000AND4EVA is an energetic record from Bree, with the intro “APES**T” giving us a taste of what to expect from the rest of the mixtape. From flexing her bars on “NO SIR (FREESTYLE)” and “Little Nokia” and “Damn Daniel” to showcasing her vocals on “Rolls Royce” and “GUCCI”, Bree Runway uses the project to remind us all that she can’t be boxed in. The tape also includes a heartfelt tribute to YouTube star Nicole Thea and her unborn son Reign who tragically passed away earlier this year.

Bree doesn’t go it alone on the tape, enlisting American artists Maliibu Miitch, Yung Baby Tate and the legend Missy Elliott to join her.

Speaking on the project, Bree said: “This year hasn’t been the easiest to take myself to a place mentally where I can feel good to create songs to make others feel good. But constantly fighting for inner peace and creativity daily, I’m glad I was able to put together a body of work for fans to press play on and feel like a rockstar with no problems for a second.”
