C Biz has been cleared of murder after his trial at the Old Bailey court collapsed.

Biz, real name David Osadebay, was accused of killing 27 year old Oliver Tetlow with a machine gun during a drive by shooting in North London back in March last year.

The 30 year old, founder of rap crew £R, had apparently ordered the murder of Tetlow as revenge after the infamous incident in which his jewellery was robbed in Church Road.

The case was thrown out due to insufficient evidence, after days of deliberating that the prosecution’s evidence against Osadebay and codefendants Mohamed Siamino, Romarne Young and Jahmico Trott, was purely “circumstantial”.

Judge Gerald Gordon acquitted the four defendants, saying,
“My conclusion was in respect of both of these defendants there was not sufficient evidence. I will be asking you to return a verdict of not guilty.

“You have had the privilege of seeing something in real life that rarely happens – it happens all the time on television, but not in real life.”

The prosecution apparently made a series of mistakes in presenting their evidence, including sourcing the wrong social media profiles and phone numbers of the defendants.

A conviction has still not been brought for Tetlow’s murder and questions will now be pointed towards the police as to how they will continue their investigation.
