Singer Ciara is suing her ex-fiancé Future for alleged slander and libel, according to TMZ.
TMZ state that in the lawsuit she cites interviews and tweets in which Future appears to be saying she is a bad mother to their son, Future Zahir Wilburn, and attacking her relationship with Russell Wilson, which she believes he is doing to publicise his music.
She calls the rapper out for a radio interview in which he discusses a photo of Wilson and Ciara pushing baby Future in a stroller, saying “She probably set him [Russell] up. You letting them catch that photo. Leave my son out of all the publicity stunts.”
The singer also points out other interviews, and is particularly unimpressed with Future’s Twitter rant in January where he wrote, “This bitch got control problems … I gotta go through lawyers to see baby future … the f***ery for 15k a month.”
Ciara decided to take action as she thinks the comments were said with malice, and as part of the lawsuit TMZ reports that she wants tweets deleted and a block on public discussion of their private family matters.
