In a statement to the local council, Roy Seda, owner of Dice, Croydon, has submitted a complaint accusing a police officer of telling him, “not to let black people in”.

After a Yates bar was closed down, the police urged Seda to not allow the former Yates customers in Dice.

Roy was with two members of the police when he asked, “I asked the two officers directly; ‘Are you saying that I shouldn’t let black people into my venue?'” When one of the officers nodded several times.

This claim comes only a month after Seda put forward a complaint that officers had banned him from playing bashment music at Dice.

He said, ‘‘Venues which have black clientèle are treated differently by Police Licensing than those that have white clientèle”.

Wow. Pretty shocking behaviour for 2016 don’t you agree?
