It’s been a crazy 24 hours to be a grime head.

Scene originator Dizzee Rascal has been teasing us with the imminent release of his massive grime comeback album Raskit through mysterious flyposting around east London, a flicker live stream tracklist reveal yesterday and the surprise drop of the album’s first single “Space” this morning.

If that wasn’t too much to deal with already, the rascal (get it) has now announced a nationwide tour and the album’s release date has appeared on the iTunes pre-order link.

Looks like we can be expecting Raskit in just one month’s time with the release date currently set to July 21.

The tour will mainly stay in England with just one stop in Glasgow. The London show will be held at everyone’s current spot of choice – Brixton Academy.

Tickets go on general release next Friday June 23, however if you pre-order the album, you can get access to early bird tickets from Tuesday. Gwan and cop the ting, this is grime history.
