DJ is the latest artist to sit down for an in depth chat with DJ Semtex, and in it he’s revealed his love for the UK scene.
Khaled has just dropped his latest album Grateful featuring a plethora of huge US rap names and he’s travelling the world promoting the release. In the chat, which was recorded for 1Xtra, Khaled announced to Semtex that not only is he well aware of the UK music scene, but he’s keen to work with some of our artists in the near future.
So who exactly is he rating? “I love Giggs, I love Skepta… listening to Drake’s album and watching Giggs on Snapchat made me want to listen more, and it’s really dope.”
He goes on to profess his love of Dancehall music and describes the energy of a crowd at a Giggs show to stepping out in Kingston.

No word yet on how Giggs and Skep are feeling about a collaboration with the American producer, but who knows maybe we could be seeing another one including some UK names very soon.
