Drake finally landed in London again yesterday to begin the extended UK leg of his Boy Meets World Tour and as was expected, he had a few surprises in tow.
Warmed up by the sultry tones of his R&B troupe DVSN and the nonsensical turn-up of Young Thug, he brought through a couple of secret surprise guests during his own set to appease the home crowd and even wore a special outfit: he was decked all the way out in Stone Island.
Firstly he brought out Section Boyz to raucous applause, to perform their now classic track “Lock Arff”, as well as bringing out Kyla toward the end for their mega single “One Dance”.
But the biggest reaction from the crowd on the night, came when Drizzy dropped “Whippin Excursion” and Giggs waltzed out on the stage. Even the 6 God had to reload the ting!
Top that off with another exclusive play of the forthcoming collaboration between the pair and this was one hell of an opening night.
