Tupac Amaru Shakur, although no longer with us, is one of the most influential musicians of our time. Whether it was acting, rapping or lectures, Tupac excelled in every field and when it comes to Pac’s music, the emotive messages he delivered still seem to have the ability to change your mood or spirit.
Eminem, like many of us, found comfort in Shakur’s music. So much so he decided to write a letter to 2pac’s mum, Afeni Shakur, to thank her. Adding to his kind words, Marshall also displayed another hidden talent, drawing a detailed picture of the late, great rapper.

It’s not clear as to when the letter was sent, this wouldn’t be the first time Eminem has expressed what Tupac’s music meant to him.
17th of September 2016 will mark the 20 year anniversary of Tupac’s death. In 2006 we saw the likes of Snoop Dogg, Jay Rock, T.I, Ashanti plus many more come together for the compilation album entitled ‘Pacs Life’.
Will we see another masterpiece constructed to remember Pac? We’ll have to wait and see….
