British YouTuber/gamer FaZe Jarvis has been banned from Fortnite for life after being found cheating.

In a public online match, Jarvis – a member of the FaZe Clan eSports group – used aimbots which was immediately met with a lifetime ban as punishment from Fortnite creators Epic Games.

Using Aimbots is considered as cheating as it makes getting kills a lot easier as they enable weapons to automatically focus on opponents.

As well as being banned from playing the game, FaZe Jarvis has also been banned from attending Fortnite events and creating content related to the game.

After being banned, the 17-year-old YouTuber took to YouTube to post an apology video titled ‘I’ve Been Banned From Fortnite (Sorry)’.

Fans of Jarvis have been using the hashtag #FreeJarvis on social media to show their support for the gamer.
