With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, we spent some time at GRM Daily HQ thinking of ways to mark the romantic occasion this year. After putting a few heads together and as we’re always up for spreading the love, we decided to team up with our friend J.King the artist (previously known as @urbanimated on Instagram) and the amazing people over at Depop, the easy to use mobile, social shopping app, to bring you guys (and girls) something cute, but still grimey, this V-Day.
Now – “what could be cute AND grimey?!”, we hear you cry. And the answer is our #GRMVDAY card collection.
Influenced by a couple of our favourite quotables from urban history (that of course double as amazing V-Day card captions), we have the classic Kidulthood line from Adam Deacon – “You should leave that pussyhole and be my girlfriend”, a spin on Romeo’s (heart eye emoji) use of the word “mmm-mine” in So Solid Crew’s “21 Seconds” and, how could we not pick the most infamous (and probably most obvious), “I luv u” from Boy In Da Corner, Dizzee Rascal.
The most important question now- “how do I get my hands on one?!” and the answer is super easy.
All you need to do is download the Depop app HERE, set up shop and follow our shop: GRMDAILY, where we’ll be exclusively selling just THREE of each of our amazing J.King designs from 2PM tomorrow, Friday 12th February.
