Although Wiley has been very busy touring and playing festival after festival, it’s gone almost unnoticed that he’s also been busy in the studio and dropped a handful of tracks in the last month. At the beginning of June the MC announced ‘8‘, an EP involving him releasing a track a week from the project for 8 weeks. Starting off with Wickedest MC Alive, the EP was gradually released on Soundcloud, although the final three tracks are late with their releases.
From ‘#8’ we have “Wickedest MC Alive”, “25 MCs”, “Gotta Be Strong” featuring JME, “Shredded Wheat” feat Cadell and “Lost Property”, all heavy tracks which unfortunately leave us still waiting for the last three tracks on the EP.
This week, Eski boy has gone on to release another three tracks, “Send Me the Riddim”, “1 Red Shell” and “Cypress Hill” featuring Flowdan and Scratchy.
