It looks like we may be receiving a brand-new Kanye West album very soon as his wife Kim Kim Kardashian-West appeared to announce a project from the rapper on social media.
Taking to Instagram yesterday (August 29), Kim Kardashian posted a photo of what appears to be an album title, tracklist and release date – accompanied by the caption: “9.27.19.”
Although Kardashian didn’t give much information away, fans have speculated Jesus Is King is the name of a forthcoming album from Kanye West – expected to be released on September 27th – as the alleged album title and tracklist appear to follow the theme of Yeezy’s popular Sunday Service.
Last year, Mr West announced he was working on another album named Yandhi but it looks like he may have been inspired to take a different route.
While details of the project, its features and its sound are limited, we can expect the LP to be full of gospel and soul if his Sunday Service – which recently took to an actual church – is anything to go by.
