A Baltimore man is facing attempted murder charges over an argument concerning…. a grilled cheese sandwich.
In another crazy development to escape the US, the 55-year-old man shot at his wife through the basement floor after she took a bite of the ‘precious’ sandwich.
His wife then fled the scene with three teenagers, which led to a 3-hour armed stand-off with local police, resulting in his arrest.
Mr Blackwell could not legally own firearms, but 15 guns were recovered from the property. He has been charged with attempted first and second-degree murder and assault, reckless endangerment and a number of firearms violations.
