There has been a lot speculation about the shooting incident involving Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez – which resulted in Megan being hospitalised with gun shot wounds – and now Meg has claimed Tory is the person who shot her.
Last month, it was reported that the two artists were involved in an incident where Megan was shot in both feet and Tory Lanez was arrested on gun charges. Since then, many stories around what went on but now Megan has spoken out to put an end to some of the rumours.
Taking to Instagram Live, Megan said: “Yes this n***a Tory shot me.
“You shot me, and you got your publicist and your people going to these blogs lying and s**t. Stop lying.”
Megan also said the incident took place minutes away from where she was staying at the time, contrary to reports that it occurred outside Kylie Jenner’s pool party. She also said she was in a car with Tory, one of her friends and his security guard when an argument broke out.
She continued: “I’m in the front seat, this n***a in the backseat.
“I get out the car, I’m done arguing. I don’t want to argue no more, I get out. I’m walking away.”
“This n***a, from out the from out the backseat of the car, starts shooting me.”
Megan also described how her fear of police brutality prevented her from telling law enforcement that there was a gun in the car.
Tory Lanez is yet to comment on the incident.
