The first picture of a bruised but smiling Nolay has emerged, following her car accident on Sunday evening.
The image was posted last night on the female MCs Instagram, with the caption “When you almost died but being a bad unstoppable bitch is life.”
In response to the promising post, fans responded with relief and happiness. Instagram user inher_ownlane wrote, “Thank God you are alive & breathing. I am deeply touched you are a fighter. get well soon” while rymdash added ‘Your destined for greatness, more life, get well”.
The image shows NoLay in a neck brace, with heavy bruising around her eyes. Encouragingly, though, she is clearly in a conscious state, and seems to be smiling.
Details of the incident are yet to emerge, but we know it happened overseas, at around 11pm on Sunday. NoLay’s manager, Tyler Jones, shared some details about her ongoing recovery, saying, “NoLay has spoken for the first time and has been fully responsive ever since.
“Doctors have now ruled out any signs of brain damage and paralysis, NoLay has also been moved from the Intensive Care Unit to the ward.”
She is in pain after suffering her injuries and will be returning to the UK in the next few days, as doctors are pleased with her recovery and progress thus far.
“NoLay would like to thank all of her fans for coming together and supporting her at a difficult time like this. The prayers and support has allowed her to wake up and find strength to fight on. Thank you all.”
