Last weekend (June 8- 9), Parklife returned to Heaton Park, Manchester to provide festival-goers with two days of music, fun and much more.
Those lucky enough to attend Parklife would have witnessed insane sets from the likes of U.S. acts such as Nas, Pusha T and Migos, as well as homegrown talent such as Little Simz, Loyle Carner, Tiffany Calver and much more.
This year, the GRM Daily stage made its debut at Parklife and the vibe at the stage was insane as a whole heap of Manchester artists turned up to shut things down. Those representing the 0161 at the GRM stage this year were K.I.M.E, P1Caps, Stef Smith, Robin Knightz, Ayo Britain, Mastermind, Zeph, Meekz and Tunde – who made a surprise appearance.
As expected, the crowd went nuts in support of the Manny artists but they were just as hyped when out of town acts – such as A.G. Poundz, Jay Silva and JAY1 – took to the stage. We were also treated to more surprises as the one and only Deno came out to perform his and the late Cadet’s big hit “Advice”, as well as Tion Wayne who came out to perform the “Keisha Becky” remix alongside JAY1.
The weekend was full of action and you can re-live all the events which unfolded by checking out the pictures below.
