The bidding war continues between Manchester United and Chelsea to tempt striker Romelu Lukaku away from Everton, though it’s not the £100 million transfer deal that’s bothering the Belgian right now.
The 24-year-old is avoiding the UK at the moment and has been staying at his Beverly Hills mansion to lay low – except he seems to be doing the exact opposite of that. LAPD were called to his home six times earlier this week when the footballer threw such a raucous party that his neighbours felt the need to call the police.
Despite the multiple visits, Lukaku did nothing to calm the party down and ended up being arrested. However he was not formally booked, nor taken to the station, rather issued a citation on the spot.
No word what his punishment will be as of yet but he can probably afford the fine.
