After teasing us with a few singles from the project in recent times, Skepta has finally gifted us with his highly-anticipated album, Ignorance Is Bliss.
The last time we received a full studio album from Skepta was back in 2016 when he delivered his Mercury Prize-nominated LP, Konnichiwa, and fans have been craving more bodies of work from the artist ever since.
The project is made up of thirteen tracks and includes the recently released singles “Pure Water”, “Bullet From A Gun” and “Greaze Mode” featuring Nafe Smallz . As well as enlisting Nafe, Ignorance Is Bliss sees Skeppy call on the likes of J Hus, Lancey Foux, Wizkid and many more to grace the album.
Of course, it wouldn’t be complete without a collab with his Boy Better Know team so it’s only right the crew assemble on the penultimate track, “Gangsta”.
