This week the Internet was blessed with live streams, twitter videos and vines of some epic performances from the likes of Skepta, Little Simz, Stormzy and Meek Mill. Here is a quick recap of the shows you wish you attended this week.

1. Skepta – #SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas

Following off the back of “Shutdown”, The Brit Awards and a joint show with Kanye West, Skepta took his energy to Texas, courtesy of Fader and SXSW. Performing tracks “Ace Hood Flow”, “Castles”, “Shutdown” and “It Ain’t Safe”, joined by collaborator Young Lord. Skeppy also kept it organic with a minor set on Dizzee Rascals “I Luv U”.

2. Little Simz – #SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas

Skepta was not the only British act in Texas, courtesy of BBC introducing and PRS for Music Foundation we saw the King herself bring energy to the tastemakers, bloggers and fans on the other side of the pond. Check the footage of her smashing the stage to a wild audience with “Have I” from her forthcoming EP, Age 101: Drop 1 EP. VERY MENTAL.

3. Stormzy – Kaytranada Show, 02 Brixton Academy

The Soulection member with pretty much the whole of Soundcloud eating out of his palms was at The Brixton Academy this week as part of an all start line up along with Sango, Vic Mensa and Benji B. However, he flipped the script completely by bringing out South London people’s champion Stormzy, as he ripped the rough with a dominant performance of his recent single “Know Me From”.

4. Meek Mill – ‘Welcome Back’ Show, Philadelphia

Meek was released from prison back in December and has since been accompanying girlfriend Nicki Minaj on her ‘Pinkprint Tour’. Taking a night off, the MMG rapper headed back to his home city for a HUGE celebration. The ‘Welcome Back’ concert saw an array of special guests lit up the stage; including Yo Gotti, Jadakiss, DJ Khaled, Rick Ross, French Montana, Bienie Segal, Fabolous and Jeezy. The stage was decorated in a way not too far off a WWE stadium, watch how he celebrates and solidifies his position as one of Hip Hop’s hottest right now.
