Stormzy is set to premiere a new track entitled “Scary” tonight on his Beats 1 #MERKY show.
The versatile MOBO Award Winner teased the much anticipated on his ever-popular Snapchat account as well as his Twitter, where he pinned the teaser to his timeline earlier this month.
The eerie choir vocals heard in the teaser foreshadow the track’s texture, which is set to boast some grimey percussion as a booming underlay.
This will be Stormzy’s first track since releasing his “One Take” freestyle, filmed in Japan when doing promotions for Adidas. Could he be gearing up for the follow-up to his 2014 EP “Dreamer Disease”, amidst his busy touring schedule?
