Stormzy is having a busy week. He popped up for a surprise performance at the Brits, dropped an album you may have heard of called Gang Signs and Prayer, performed three pop up gigs across London in the space of a day and generally blew up Twitter. You know, average stuff really.

But he’s really blowing our minds with this morning’s latest TV appearance. People thought it was weird enough when he showed up on Channel 4’s political Friday night comedy show The Last Leg but now he’s popped up somewhere even more random – Channel 4’s day time cookery show Sunday Brunch.

Stormzy appeared on the programme to show the hosts how to make some spicy chicken. Go on, lad. He also took part in a segment about Oscar themed cocktails, having his own drink named after him, the “Dark and Stormzy”.

Stormz took the opportunity to speak about his Ed Sheeran collaboration and the grime community’s reaction to it. “I think everyone is quite proud and happy about it. Merging those two worlds. Me and Ed make totally different styles of music, but coming together for something like that; it’s a good thing.”

With the press tour for GSAP still going strong, we can’t wait to see where the Skeng Man will crop up next.
