Arsenal forward Theo Walcott has finally put pen to paper on a new 4 year deal which will see him pocket £140,000 a week (to be fair that isn’t bad for kicking a ball into the back of a net).
The lighting quick and very well mannered Arsenal striker has scored 76 goals in 302 appearances for the Gunners and is seen as a major part of Arsene Wenger’s attacking plans (maybe a central striker role for the kid?) Some other great news for the Gooners is that midfield maestro Santi Cazorla has also signed a new deal extending his terms for another 2 years, therefore ending all speculations on a return to his native Spain… which is great news for all Arsenal fans and a massive boost ahead of this weekend’s Community Shield clash with Chelsea just before the new season kicks off!
