As a tribute to the aesthetics of the indigenous people of Taiwan, Adidas re-vamped the Superstar 80V silhouette. The Adidas Consortium x INVINCIBLE Superstar 80V embodies tradition garments from the country through beads added around the collar. Another dedication to Taiwanese heritage is the fish-skin on the tongue of the shoe, commonly found on tradition armour used for ceremonies. Adidas have released an unusual trio of brand new silhouettes this week. The Adidas Originals EQT F15 OG Pack carries three central colours; black, white and sub green. The 1/3 silhouette sits on a white and black Guidance 93 midsole and is comprised of Adidas’ signature Primeknit upper, Sub Green neoprene overlay and black plastic heel cup. The 2/3 and 3/3 were created with a Boost midsole, which carry the 1/3’s Primeknit upper, in black and sub Green. The 2/3 is completed with a neoprene overlay, Sub Green strap and white mudguard, while the 3/3 is accented with off-white overlays, elastic lacing and a white heel cup.
