After his single “Energy” did bits across radio at the start of the year, Avelino is back with the follow up single.
The North London lyricist brings a mellow and melodic flow to the instrumental, which switches midway through from a bouncy rap instrumental into a much more soul and boom-bap influenced sound. Av’s frequent collaborator Raf Riley provides the backdrop for him to lay the verses over.
