Tottenham lyricist Avelino has cemented himself as a firm favourite in the rap game, but his latest single is sure to send him into the upper echelons.
He’s come through with his explosive new single “Energy”, an electronic influenced tune produced by frequent collaborator Raf Riley that bangs bewteen hard drops and flex worthy bars. To top it off, he’s created something of a historic moment, as Stormzy and Skepta appear on a tune for the first time together, the latter somewhat passing the torch to Av.
The new video is directed by Oliver Jennings and is glossed with a cool film-like effect, as well as featuring cameos from the likes of Wretch 32, Big Tobz and more.
