In his own unique take on a message song, Cadell hops onto a real dark drill-influenced beat to talk about knife crime, in an arguably mismatched but simultaneously relatable fashion.
The authenticity to genre, subject matter and the construction of the song delivers an anti-knife message in a very different fashion, which audiences may not have seen before as Cadell calls for the knives to put down and replaced by a good old-fashioned fist fight.
In the track he touches on the differences between UK and U.S street cultures and comments that the common factor on both sides of the pond is fear which leads to carry weapons. Though the audio aesthetic and dark visual seemingly do not lend themselves to the subject matter, the juxtaposition delivers the message in quite a striking fashion.
