Fresh from releasing the long awaited Commitment 2, Cadet has passed through Link Up TV and given us a sequel to his now legendary Behind Bars.
Cadet, who’s built a reputation for himself based on his vivid storytelling, doesn’t disappoint on his return to the platform. Although the bars are not entirely new – some fans will recognise them from the bonus track on The Commitment 2 – it’s the performance that really separates this from its EP incarnation. Cadet’s emotive delivery really connects with the listeners in a way that truly differentiates the South Londoner from almost everyone in the scene.
