As part of the Live Lounge series covering the five Brits breakthrough nominees, Dave is the latest artist to perform.

With the BRIT awards being just around the corner, Wednesday 21st February to be precise, BBC Radio 1 have invited all of the breakthrough nominees to the live lounge to show just why they’re up for the award. 19-year-old Streatham based rapper, Dave was the latest artist to perform a mixture of his own songs as well as covering some classics in the studio. During his session he gave performances of: “No Words”, “100M’s”, “No Words” and finally the most popular, Lana Del Rey’s “Born To Die”. Although known for his rapping skills, Dave also takes on some vocals during the performance of Lana Del Rey’s 2012 hit “Born To Die”, giving a truly unique twist.
