It’s been a little while since we’ve heard from Etta Bond but the singer-songwriter has decided to continue to mark her return by releasing the Raf Riley-produced remix of her single “Kiss My Girlfriend”.
On her new track, Etta Bond effortlessly channels some chilled vibes and matches the smooth mood of the record by delivering her distinct, soulful vocals, this time over a soulful boom-bap inspired instrumental from her frequent collaborator and friend Raf.
Speaking to Complex UK on the collaboration, Etta said, “Raf and I have been back in the studio and after some time apart, it feels great to create together again.
“It’s like we were off collecting new energy and now we’re sharing it with each other. We’ve been having a lot of fun exploring the sound over the last few months; it’ll be interesting to see where it’s at by the time we share more of it.”
