After his four year hiatus, Frank Ocean is back and well and truly active on the scene. He’s just dropped his latest track “Lens” through his Beats1 show and even gave us two versions of the tune, including a Travis Scott feature on “Lens V2”.
The tune is a classic Frank Ocean sound, a heartfelt and moody tune perfect for vibing out and getting emotional to. Travis Scott brings his trademark, complete with ad-libs too.
The last couple of months have seen his Calvin Harris collab “Slide”, a solo track “Chanel” and the Tyler, the Creator and Jay Z joint “Biking” all drop. “Lens V2” is a welcome addition to the collection, although after waiting so long for Blonde we’re not sure how long Frank is going to stay active for so appreciate it while you can.
