The latest artist to shell down a Sounds of the Verse freestyle with Sir Spyro is emerging artist, Gen.
The Sounds of the Verse segment challenges artists to tackle 140bpm instrumentals for 140 seconds straight and Gen uses the opportunity to showcase his abilities on the mic. As well as delivering a Sounds of the Verse freestyle, Gen also went in on a set with Reece West during his visit to Sir Sypro’s studio so it’s fair to say that his trip to 1xtra was full of bars and flows.
