Jammz has taken to the e-streets to release his latest mixtape, the very hot ‘Underdog Season Volume 1’, alongside Radar Radio’s Jack Dat.
Jammz is flying the flag for the new wave of genuine grime MC’s, an ever present on radio and in raves over the last 12 months. His new tape is a culmination of where he’s at right now, 11 track of pure griminess; from dance-floor destroying drops that flirt with bass music (“Lyric And Style”), to aggressive reload-heavy bangers (“Who Is It”), to more tongue-in-cheek concept tracks (“Just Eat”), it’s a diverse project. Contributions come from P Money, Spooky, Mic Ty and more, while Jack Dat handles mixing duties. This is a must-listen for any one who cares about grime music or needs a quick lesson on it’s current state.
