In case you didn’t know, this week DJ Khaled finally liberated his oft-teased new track “I Got The Keys” featuring Jay-Z and Future.
While the song is a certified banger, people are now speculating whether or not Hov is sending a few choice lines the way of Drake. There’s been something of a cold war between the two rap moguls for years now, with a “are they/aren’t they” debate constantly circulating about their friendship, while the pair have sent numerous subliminals on record each others way.
Now if you read between the lines on his most recent verse, there’s reason to believe Jay-Z has taken offence to Drizzy’s “I used to wanna be on Roc-a-Fella, then I turned into Jay” line. Man like DJ Akademiks breaks it down, as well as the alleged beef’s history, in the video above.
