After opening the BET Awards with a performance of the fourth single from ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’, Kendrick Lamar has now released a very (very, very) striking visual for the track “Alright.”

Directed by Colin Tilley, the monochrome visual opens with some of the screams that can be heard at the opening of the track “u” alongside the now familiar speech “I remember you was conflicted…”, before being followed by a clip of a white police officer taking aim at a black man following scenes of destruction and rioting.

Check out the video for “Alright” above and keep an eye out for the Black Hippy OGs Kendrick, Schoolboy Q, Ab-Soul and Jay Rock being carried around like Kings by white police men.

‘To Pimp A Butterfly’ is out now on iTunes and Google Play
