Lowkey famously stepped away from the limelight after the release of his debut album Soundtrack To The Struggle. Thankfully for many, he’s made an impassioned return to the scene, and remains as sharp as ever despite his five year hiatus.

Kizzy has blessed us with another politically charged track, “Ghosts Of Grenfell”, in response to the horrific events that happened just a few months ago.

Being from Ladbroke Grove himself, the track and the terrible events are clearly something very close to his heart and it’s important that we do our bit to try and not let the events of that day go unpunished by keeping it in the press.

Fans of Kizzy will already know that the visuals will be as thought-provoking as the lyrics and this doesn’t disappoint on either front. Lowkey is embarking on a UK tour this September be sure to grab your tickets ASAP.

Watch the official video for “Ghosts Of Grenfell” above now. If you missed his stripped back version of “Children Of Diaspora” be sure to check that out here as well.
