Last year, Meek Mill and Drake squashed their lengthy beef on stage but now we have an on-screen reconciliation in the form of their video for their banger, “Going Bad”.
Taken from Meek Mill’s critically-acclaimed Championships album, “Going Bad” is a Wheezy-produced track which the two artists use to deliver some fun and playful lyrics, with Drake coming through with yet another catchy hook. The visuals reflect the braggadocious bars offered from Meek and Drizzy and show the pair – alongside various other popular rappers – taking part in rich activities such as gambling, racing flashy whips and dressing in suave attire.
“Going Bad” is the first collaboration between Meek Mill and Drake since they began beefing in 2015 when Meek Mill accused the OVO rapper of having a ghostwriter. Now they’ve let bygones be bygones, hopefully we get more bangers from the two talented rappers.
