For years, Pep (also known as Pepstar to many) has provided us with several lively vibes but the Hackney-raised rapper decides to slow things down on his brand new track titled “Lighter Freestyle”.
Pep’s new mellow, laid-back freestyle is a personal one as he raps about burning bridges and the area in which he grew up in. The personal aspect of the track is also highlighted in the visuals as the majority of the video is shot in his hometown of Hackney, London. As usual, Pepstar’s wordplay is on point and his flow sits nicely on the chilled instrumental.
