Plastician took to Twitter recently to announce a new collaboration between himself and Skepta, saying “he’s gone in on a Stish classic.” Plastician premiered the new track “Back Then” on his weekly Rinse FM slot last night.

The instrumental, a rework of Mike Jones’s “Still Tippin'”, was first vocalled by Skepta back in 2006 – alongisde Jme, Tinchy Stryder and Lady Fury – and can be found on the ‘Boy Better Know’ tape under the title “Germany Freestyle” here.

As well as the new Skepta collaboration, listeners were blessed with two full hours of very sick music from Plastician as he played the likes of GUNDAM, Kromestar, ironsoul, Rude Kid, Rebound X and more. Not only this, but he also blessed listeners to a new instrumental production of his own that can be heard from around 10 minutes in the set.

Skip forward to 1:56:22 to catch a listen of the new Skepta bars over a truly classic Plasticman (as he was known at the time) instrumental and keep an eye on Skepta’s SoundCloud to hear the full track soon.
