The release of Pop Smoke’s highly-anticipated posthumous album Shoot For The Stars Aim For The Moon has been accompanied by visuals for one of the LP’s track’s, “Got It On Me”.

The star-studded project contains 19 tracks, with much of the tape being dominated by the late rapper’s UK-influenced drill sound. Among the names featured on the tape are the likes of 50 Cent, Future, Lil Baby, DaBaby, Quavo and many more.

As well as featuring on the album, 50 Cent played an instrumental role in the production of the album – serving as the record’s executive producer – alongside Pop Smoke’s manager Steven Victor, who shared a touching message upon the LP’s release.

“Pop’s music belongs to everyone. This album is a celebration of where Pop was headed and where he wanted to be,” Victor wrote on Instagram. “The process of working on this album with all our friends, peers and heroes has been amazing and we thank everyone for their support.

“Pop’s music and legacy belongs to the world now and we want you to continue to manifest your love in creative ways that we haven’t even thought of yet. Visit the link for the asset pack at POPSMOKEFOREVER.COM. Let’s celebrate tonight and forever. More to come.”

The release of Shoot For The Stars Aim For The Moon comes after Pop Smoke was tragically shot and killed in a home invasion in Hollywood in February of this year. The album is not only a celebration of the New York rapper’s life, but also a stark reminder of the talent which was taken from the world.
