After premiering a preview of the new collaboration with Skepta on his most recent Rinse FM show, Plastician has now dropped the track – “Back Then” – in full over on his SoundCloud feed.

Going in on a mid 00s classic from Stish – a remix of Mike Jones’ “Still Tippin'” – we can hear Skepta responding to his recent success and the fact he’s gonna be going on a world tour before even dropping his album (‘Konnichiwa’). “Back Then” serves as a very real reminder that Skepta is one of the most important figures in the game, making sure it is known that “Blacklisted was a game changer” – the project that Skepta says was a turning point in his music.

“Voicemaaaail for dem tings, truss me.. Voicemaaillllll”
