A nostalgic classic, one to easily pull at your heart and memory strings, Unknown T performs his single “Throwback”; gracing the 1Xtra Live Lounge with his reflective rap.
Flowing over his recreated acoustic version of the song, which originally features Crazy Cousinz, the Homerton-bred artist is joined in the live studio by a harmonising female voice.
Not only did the east London rapper perform his well-anticipated track “Throwback”, we even received an original rendition of Busta Rhymes and Mariah Carey’s noughties classic “I know what you want”.
If these freestyles proved anything, it is that Unknown T is easily the one to give us throwbacks upon throwbacks (pun intended), especially due to the instrumental being all so familiar, taking us back to when Tinie Tempah brought out his loved up riddim entitled ‘Wifey’ a number of years ago.
