GRM Daily’s legendary freestyle show, Daily Duppy, has come to an end.
We are signing off the series with a very special edition from another legend: Wretch 32. On the day of his 32nd birthday, the veteran MC displays his versatile and ever ingenious wordplay during the freestyle, spraying bars that his protege, Avelino, said were the best he’d heard in his life.
Across Daily Duppy’s lifetime, classic freestyles came from the likes of Stormzy, Bugzy Malone and Giggs, Ghetts, Skrapz and J Hus, plus so many more.
