Will Smith can add shop assistant to his CV after spending the day working at Boots pharmacy in London’s Westfield.

The Hollywood movie star and rapper famous for The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, I Am Legend and The Pursuit of Happyness as well as songs “Summertime” and “Miami” spent the day at Boots in Westfield, White City in full uniform in order to publicise his son Jaden Smith’s water brand, JUST.

The new project from Will’s son is an ethical water brand launched exclusively with Boots and at Whole Foods Market in the UK that aims to pay fairly for the water they use, protect the environment and only use spring water.

Will Smith is an avid promoter of his son’s latest venture outside of music. Will talked about the inspiration behind his sons’ eco-friendly water brand. He said, “while Jaden was surfing as a young kid, some plastic water bottles floated by him and he soon realised that they were dirtying our oceans and killing the environment. He was immediately motivated to do something to save our planet; our future – and with that wish, JUST Water was born”.

The bottles are recyclable in nine out of ten areas in the UK through bottle banks and recycling bins. The water can be bought individually or is available in the Boots Meal Deal which Will Smith spent his time at Westfield selling to customers.

On the launch at Boots, Jaden Smith said, “Boots shares the same values as JUST through its social responsibility and dedication to sustainability and I’m excited to work with them for the UK launch”

Other Jaden Smith projects include his latest EP Syre: The Electric Album which dropped in June and his voice talents in the Netflix anime series Neo Yokio.
