WSTRN have killed it with the single “In2”. It’s been dubbed the song of the summer alongside “Freak of The Week” and has had the clubs going mental. Now it’s amazing to announce they’ve been signed to Atlantic Records.
They’ve also announced that “In2” will be their first single which you can listen to below:
WSTRN are made up of rapper, singer and songwriter Akelle, musician, producer and singer Haile and rapper, singer and songwriter Louis Rei. Hailing from West London, the collective represent the fun and lively side to UK street music.
Akelle spoke on the song “In2″– “In2 came about from one evening session earlier this year. We just all jammed together vocally and as artists so we knew this was something out of the ordinary. It was about remaining authentic and true to our roots but creating a fresh new sound”
It’s great to see a collective from the UK get pushed to the forefront and we are excited to see what is next from WSTRN.
