Yeezy Boost 350 V2’s are coming in a new colourway- all black.
The new black Yeezy’s will be the first all-black design of the shoe since the Bred design in 2017 which left fans eagerly wanting more.
This new release comes after several new Yeezy announcements in the last few weeks including a region-specific release of 350 V2’s in new colourways which you can read about here and word from the CEO of Adidas that we can expect at least 20 new Yeezy releases this year.
CEO Kasper Rorsted said in a recent interview, “This year we will have more than twenty releases. Some will be very scarce and very low on volume while others will have a different volume profile. Over time if you have a product in the market for a very long time like the 350, that scarcity will be by default less so… the 350 silhouette is what we’re really rolling out in volume.”
Kanye West also recently sold Yeezy’s at lemonade stands across America and the proceeds were donated to an American mental health charity.
Aside from Yeezy’s, Adidas has also announced that Beyoncé has signed a multi-layer deal with the company which will likely see the release of new lines of her IVY Park sportswear brand. On the collaboration, Beyoncé said, “This is the partnership of a lifetime for me. Adidas has had tremendous success in pushing creative boundaries”.
