Regé-Jean Page, Michaela Coel, Chadwick Boseman, Drake & more win big at 2021 NAACP Image Awards

The 2021 NAACP Image Awards took place last night and the winners included British talent Regé-Jean Page and Michaela Coel.

Regé-Jean Page took home an NAACP Image award for Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series for his lead role in Shonda Rhimes Netflix hit Bridgerton.

Michaela Coel won Outstanding writing in a comedy series for the Ego Death episode of I May Destroy You.

Michaela recently took home a Royal Television Society Award – making this award season very lucrative for the talent.

Other winners include Eddie Murphy who was the night’s honouree with his Hall of Fame award and Drake with Outstanding Male Artist.

In true award show fashion, Beyoncé took home the most awards of the night with four honours including Outstanding Female Artist.
