Next weekend sees the festival season make its way towards the Midlands in Birmingham for the highly coveted day and night MADE festival. As with the majority of festivals this year, MADE will be attracting a big grime and rap following with a number of acts to appease fans of the genres.

With this in mind, we thought it would be right to round up 5 of the best acts of the scene on show in Birmingham next Saturday. Here they are:

Giggs

No introduction is needed for Hollowman himself. He’s currently one of the biggest and hottest acts to come out of the UK full stop. Having shut down every show and festival he’s played at this summer, this is undoubtedly going to be more of the same. With bangers such as “Lock Doh, “Whipping Excursion” and “KMT”, Giggs is one of the biggest draws at MADE festival this year and is a MUST see.

Stefflon Don

It’s been a big year for Stefflon Don, having got herself and her label signed to a major. With co-signs from the likes of Drake and DJ Khaled, she’s flying the flag for the UK at the moment. If her other festival performances are anything to go by, this one is set to be BIG.

Jaykae

It’s hard to have a festival in Birmingham and not include somebody like Jaykae. One of the biggest names out of the grime scene in the Midlands, Jaykae is likely to draw a big crowd. Performing in his hometown, he’s likely to give a set to remember, so be sure to check that one out.

Rude Kid

One of the best grime producers to ever come out of this country, Rude Kid is a big name in the scene. Having shut down the circuit last summer, he’s continued in similar fashion, producing some of the biggest tracks of the year. Plus, wherever Rude Kid goes, Ghetts goes, so don’t be surprised to see a guest performance from the legend himself. All in all, Rude Kid is likely to get the crowd turning up, so don’t miss his set.

Charlie Sloth

Another man that needs no introduction. Touted as the DJ Khaled of the UK, Charlie Sloth has risen to the top of the scene as one of the most influential players. Be sure to expect banger after banger from the “Best Looking Fat Man In The World” as he graces the stage in Birmingham.

Tickets for the day festival have now SOLD OUT! However, tickets for the night festival are still available. So head to http://made-festival.co.uk for tickets!
